The QFOAM series offers the advantages of polyurethane high-pressure technology at a low introductory price. This makes the extremely compact metering machines based on Hennecke's tried-and-tested technology an ideal alternative to low-pressure systems and their disadvantages.

Thanks to the extremely compact design and plug-and-play installation that is typical for Hennecke, QFOAM machines can be quickly and easily put into place and commissioned. Due to the optimized machine frame and comparatively low weight, they can easily be stored at the location of the machine. This is an especially important advantage for those new to polyurethane.

The HIGHLINE has been consistently designed and built as a series product. A synchronized flow assembly system allows substantially shorter delivery times. The machines have a compact design, as the tank and metering unit are housed on one frame. This not only saves space in production, but also simplifies set-up of the machine.
