The continuously modular structure of the TOPLINE series offers greater flexibility. For example in production expansion.
- Top metering and mixing technology with first-class metering pumps and a large selection of mixheads
- Continuously modular structure and easy expansion with regard to production capacity and production processes
- Integration of an AEROMAT gas loading unit for polyol
- Integration of a PENTAMAT pre-mixer for polyol with up to two blowing agents
- Separate tank station with fluid temperature control, stirrer, integrated collecting basin and heat exchanger
- Work tanks with capacities of 60, 250, 500, and 1,000 liters
- Edge filters for low-maintenance and cost-effective operation
- Use of flammable blowing agents

Application range
The spectrum of use of TOPLINE metering machines covers nearly all conceivable polyurethane applications, especially applications with very short cycle times.
- Rigid foam as an insulation and support material with weights of 20 to 200 kg/m³ (e.g. refrigeration units, pipe insulation, boilers, sandwich panels, coolers, insulated food containers)
- Rigid integral foam with a huge border zone and a cellular core and weights of 180 to 1,100 kg/m³ (e.g. decorative elements for furniture, window frames, housing for electronic devices)
- Semi-rigid integral foam with weights of 150 to 1,100 kg/m³ (e.g. molded parts for cars, armrests)
- Semi-rigid filling foam with weights of 100 to 300 kg/m³ (e.g. molded parts for cars, armrests)
- Cold-curing flexible foam with weights of 20 to 70 kg/m³ (e.g. various upholstery parts, cushions)
- Hot-curing flexible foam with weights of 25 to 50 kg/m³ (e.g. for seats in passenger cars and trucks)
Technical data
The table values for output are based on a mains frequency of 50 Hz. At 60 Hz, the maximum capacity is increased by about 20%. The machines are also available in a 2:1 version, in which the pump output for isocyanate is in the ratio A:B = 2:1. All weight specifications are approximate values for machines in standard configuration. All dimension specifications apply for machines in standard configuration.
