The HIGHLINE has been consistently designed and built as a series product. A synchronized serial assembly system allows substantially shorter delivery times. The machines have a compact design, as the tank and metering unit are housed on one frame. This not only saves space in production, but also simplifies set-up of the machine.

Application range
Thanks to the comparatively low purchase price, investing in HIGHLINE machine technology is worthwhile for many applications
- Rigid foam as an insulation and support material (e.g. refrigeration units, pipe insulation, boilers, sandwich panels, coolers, insulated food containers)
- Rigid integral foam with a huge border zone and a cellular core (e.g. decorative elements for furniture, window frames, housing for electronic devices)
- Semi-rigid integral and filling foam (e.g. molded parts for cars, armrests)
- Cold and hot-curing flexible foam (e.g. various upholstery parts, cushions)
Technical data
The table values for output are based on a mains frequency of 50 Hz. At 60 Hz, the maximum capacity is increased by about 20%. The machines are also available in a 2:1 version, in which the pump output for isocyanate is in the ratio A:B = 2:1. All weight specifications are approximate values for machines in standard configuration. All dimension specifications apply for machines in standard configuration.
