High-pressure metering machine ECOPLUS
The ECOPLUS is a powerful and compact machine system for efficiently metering polyurethane under high pressure. These machines have been established for around 10 years and are used by hundreds of PU processors across the world.
- MT-E mixhead series exclusive to the ECOPLUS for applications with two components
- Stirrer for the polyol tank included as standard, with upgrade option for the isocyanate tank
- Two separate collecting basins integrated into the frame
- Work tank sizes with 100 or 250 liter loading capacity
Application range
The reduction in raw material consumption and elimination of contaminated waste coupled with reduced maintenance operations make the machine system a cost-efficient solution for an extremely wide range of conceivable applications:
- Cold-curing flexible foams
- Compact systems
- Integral skin foams and filling foams
- Energy-absorbing foams
- Rigid foam for insulation or support material
Technical data
The table values for output are based on a mains frequency of 50 Hz. At 60 Hz, the maximum capacity is increased by about 20%. The machines are also available in a 2:1 version, in which the pump output for isocyanate is in the ratio A:B = 2:1. All weight specifications are approximate values for machines in standard configuration. All dimension specifications apply for machines in standard configuration.
