MICROLINE
High-pressure metering machines for metering small outputs
By opting for a MICROLINE, users will benefit from a two-component high-pressure reaction casting machine for producing components with an especially low weight. The machine design and the majority of the modules are based on the TOPLINE metering machines and are best suited for PU processing in casting and spraying procedures.
Machine features
High-pressure metering machine MICROLINE
Adapted to your process parameters, MICROLINE comes with extensive standard equipment right from the factory, including frequency-controlled motors, component temperature control and an ergonomic touch-screen control system
- Efficient and easy-to-maintain design with all electrical and mechanical units arranged on a single machine frame
- Edge filters for low-maintenance and cost-effective operation
- Customized temperature control system and constant flow through the pump suction chamber
- Work tank with a capacity of 60 liters
- Short delivery times (12-16 weeks, depending on plant configuration)
Application range
Providing a minimum output of approx. 2.5 g/s and a maximum output of up to 130 g/s per component, MICROLINE is an ideal solution for PU interior car parts, small back-foamed parts or very small moulded parts.
- Semi-rigid integral foam (e.g. gear knobs)
- Semi-rigid filling foam (e.g. smaller cushioned surfaces with a soft touch feel)
- Cold-curing flexible foam (e.g. cushion inserts in textiles)
- Insulating rigid foam (e.g. floating bodies for valve actuation)
- Sealing foam applications (e.g. air filters)
- Sprayed skin applications (e.g. inner door paneling, cockpit paneling, motorcycle seats)
- PU gel applications (e.g. bicycle seat, hand rests)
- Compact casting material (e.g. electronic components)
- Cast skin applications (e.g. decorative trim)
Technical data
The table values for output are based on a mains frequency of 50 Hz. At 60 Hz, the maximum capacity is increased by about 20%. The machines are also available in a 2:1 version, in which the pump output for isocyanate is in the ratio A:B = 2:1. All weight specifications are approximate values for machines in standard configuration. All dimension specifications apply for machines in standard configuration.
